Chef Mike recently catered our wedding as well as provided all of the rentals with full set up and take down. Every step of the process with them was absolutely perfect. Dianne was our main point of contact for the planning stages and she was incredibly helpful at organizing exactly all the rental items we needed as well as helping us set up a menu and timetable for the entire event.
The set up and design of everything on the day of the event was absolutely stunning. The tables for the guests were all color coordinated to the brides bouquet, the napkins were folded in the shapes of roses, even the bread baskets and minor details on the buffet tables were put together and designed with meticulous detail. These were tiny things that we never discussed but went truly above and beyond to make the reception a beautiful occasion.
As for the food this was simply put the best catered food we have ever had. We started the cocktail hour with passed apps as well as a charcuterie board/grazing table. The presentation of the table was very impressive, just as everything else they designed. The bacon wrapped stuffed dates are an absolute must they were delicious. The service at this stage was top notch they even made a point to bring us drinks and a small plate of apps while we were taking our pictures.
Our next course was plated salads and again was a giant hit with everyone. Our main course was steak tips and chicken bryan with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. Chef Mike cooked everything in a mobile kitchen on location and everything came out perfect at this stage yet again. The waitstaff was amazing I don't think a single person had to ask for a thing it all just seemed to appear at the perfect time.
At the end of the meal while everyone danced and enjoyed drinks they cleaned up and boxed all of our leftovers in containers(we've been enjoying them all week). They did an amazing job in every aspect of our wedding from the planning, design, service, and food.
We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a full service caterer they made our day incredibly stress free and enjoyable.

Chef Mike and his team created an absolutely marvelous experience for our wedding day from start to finish. Leading up to the event, Mike and his team were in close communication with us to make sure we were aligned on all the details. Mike crafted the most creative menu that pleased every single palate. There was something for everyone, and the presentation was gorgeous! The day of our wedding, Mike and his team were professional, accommodating, and incredibly kind! I would recommend them again and again for any special event you are planning. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
Martin and Jess were introduced by Martin's mom, Julie, back in 2016. She was sure they would fall madly in love instantly, but it didn't quite work out like that.
Jess was in a relationship at the time, and then, in February of that year, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Jess and Marty remained friends and kept in touch over the years. Marty always had a feeling they would eventually wind up together, but Jess was skeptical. She thought maybe he was all talk and a little too good to be true. Finally, in 2020, they both found themselves single once again. When the pandemic hit, their schedules became less hectic, and they had a couple of socially distanced porch dates. Getting to know each other through long talks and outdoor dates revealed that they were actually a pretty awesome match. Julie was right all along.
They moved in together after a few months of dating, and both felt it would be fun to start trying to make a little family. Jess's cancer treatment created some uncertainty around whether or not she could have children, but they thought it would be really fun to try! When they found out they were pregnant in January 2021, they were over the moon! Marty proposed on April 1st at the Ritz-Carlton's Jack Dusty; they had the best outdoor seats in the house. When their son was born in September 2021, their cup overflowed with gratitude. He felt like the greatest miracle they had ever experienced. Becoming parents has only made Marty and Jess's love even stronger. They had the most incredible wedding at Sarasota Garden Club on March 19th, 2022. Chef Mike and his team were the brightest highlight, serving up the most delicious food with the friendliest service around!
