Pink Cloud Catering/Chef Mike's is the best catering service I've ever used. They were prompt, had great communication before and during our wedding reception, planned carefully and executed their jobs flawlessly! Dianne was especially easy to work with and the rest of the staff was pleasant and helpful. I had several guests comment on how wonderful and delicious the food was. In addition, [Chef Mike SRQ] was willing to make modifications to their usual menu based on food restrictions shared by many of my guests. So they were pleasant, extremely competent, discreet and flexible, all while serving amazing food in a stylish manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Does it offer both indoor and outdoor ceremony locations?
Yes. Couples may choose an inside ceremony or exchange vows beneath the arched outdoor pavilion before moving inside for the reception.


How long is access to the venue on the wedding day?
Rental runs 8 AM – 11 PM, with the ceremony + reception window set for 5 PM – 10 PM. A one‑hour rehearsal and a final walk‑through are included during the week of the wedding.


Is the barn climate‑controlled?
Absolutely—the main hall (and suites) are fully air‑conditioned for year‑round comfort.


What’s included in the all‑inclusive wedding package?
Every package bundles venue rental with coordination, catering, bar service, DJ/MC, photography, videography, florals, cake/dessert, guest golf‑cart transport and more—all from licensed, insured partners.


Can you bring in your own vendors?
Couples must use Hidden Acres’ partnered DJ/MC, catering (us!), and bartending teams. You may supply your own cake, flowers, photo or video professionals if preferred.


Can you supply your own alcohol?
Yes. You purchase the alcohol, and the venue’s bartending partner provides everything else, including a custom drink menu.


Is parking available for guests?
A large on‑site lot and a six‑seat golf cart shuttle make arrival and departure easy.


Are there separate spaces for getting ready?
